CONSIDERATION OF NEW SPECIAL PERMIT FOR EXTENDED HOURS OF ALCOHOL SALES FOR CONSUMPTION ON PREMISES FY 2017/2018 FOR:
• TQLA STATION, 5190 COCONUT CREEK PARKWAY
BACKGROUND: New Alcohol Extended Hours. This Special Permit shall permit the sale for consumption on premises of alcoholic beverages during the following hours:
From 8:00 AM until 2:00 AM of the following day, Monday through Thursday;
From 8:00 AM Friday until 4:00 AM the following Saturday;
From 8:00 AM Saturday until 4:00 AM the following Sunday;
From 12:00 Noon Sunday until 2:00 AM the following Monday;
From 8:00 AM New Year’s Eve until 4:00 AM on New Year’s Day;
From 8:00 AM St. Patrick’s Day until 4:00 AM on March 18.
RECOMMENDATION: Recommended approval by the Margate Police Department.
