DISCUSSION ON MEETING TIME FOR PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD MEETINGS

BACKGROUND: Ordinance 2017-20 was passed on Second Reading at the City Commission meeting held on October 18, 2017 with the recommendation that the Board of Adjustment occur prior to the Planning and Zoning Board meeting; allowing staff to determine which meeting would go first based on the length of the respective agendas and to work with the Board Chairs to schedule the first meeting at 6:30 p.m., or another accommodating start time, if desired.
