BACKGROUND: Arrigo Margate requests permission to erect nine wall signs on a building side with roadway frontage to meet the dealer brand criteria for displaying the car dealer’s names and the brands services. Section 39.6 of the Code limits businesses with ground floor occupancy to one main identification wall sign on a building side with roadway frontage.
