Title
CONSIDERATION OF THE CITY CENTER SITE PLAN
BACKGROUND: The Developer Agreement dated July 19, 2016 established a process and timeline for review and approval of the project Site Plan by the CRA and City. The last version of the Site Plan submitted by the Developer provides for a total of 922 units for the overall project; however, there are currently only 415 dwelling units available under the City’s TOC zoning district. The Site Plan cannot be processed and approved as shown without the provision of additional units.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends rejection of submitted site plan due to inconsistencies with proposed residential units and available TOC units.
