BACKGROUND: There is currently a vacancy of the Planning and Zoning Board Vice-Chairperson seat. This position was previously held by Phil Hylander, but he was considered resigned from the Board due to missing three regular meetings in 2017. On January 24, 2018, the City Commission appointed James O’Neill to serve the remainder of Mr. Hylander’s term.
