RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2017-2018 BUDGET BY TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM CONTINGENCY TO PROFESSIONAL-PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
BACKGROUND: At the March 14, 2018 CRA Board Meeting, the Board approved an amendment to the existing agreement with Landscape Service Professionals, Inc. (LSP) for improvements to existing landscaping maintained by and within the CRA district in an amount not to exceed $50,000. In addition, the Board also approved the amendment to the existing agreement with LSP for complete maintenance and accident repairs associated with Coconut Creek Parkway medians and Melaleuca Drive. This budget transfer will provide for adequate funding within the Professional-Property Maintenance line item for these increased expenditures.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve.
FISCAL IMPACT: Request is for $50,000 to be transferred from Contingency (140-0510-512.91-02) to Professional-Property Maintenance (140-0510-512.31-38).
