BACKGROUND: The applicant is nearing completion of a 6-story apartment building at 3100 N State Road 7. Applicant has submitted sign waiver application to install a 312 square feet wall sign consisting of lettering that spells out the name of the apartment complex as well a decorative metal cut out in the shape of a tree.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends denial, please see attached recommendation.
