BACKGROUND:                                          

 

The JAG(E) provides funding for the Margate Police Department to pay for overtime and straight time over and above regularly scheduled hours for sworn administrative, intelligence, operational and law enforcement personnel that were activated in response to the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School incident.

 

RECOMMENDATION:                     Approval

 

 

FISCAL IMPACT:    Grant funds received to be deposited Revenue Account 001-0000-332-10-09.
