RESOLUTION - VACATING, RELEASING, AND ABANDONING A UTILITY EASEMENT AT 5485 WEST ATLANTIC BLVD; LAKEWOOD RETAIL, LLC, PETITIONER.
Body
BACKGROUND: The easement proposed for vacation is for a water line that will be removed to allow construction of the proposed Cumberland Farms development and provide for installation of the new water and sewer facilities to service the new development. Utility easements for the new water and sewer facilities at this new development will be granted to the City by the developer after completion of construction of the facilities.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve
