APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN ATLANTIC STUDIOS, INC., AND THE MARGATE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR THE MARGATE UNDER THE MOON EVENT ON SEPTEMBER 1, 2018
BACKGROUND: Chris Gaidry, Atlantic Studios, has operated the Margate Under the Moon event series since 2016 during the months of August-November. The 2018-19 event series will commence in September and continue into 2019. This request is for the months of September, 2018. A contract for the next fiscal year will be brought before the Board next month.
RECOMMENDATION: Approval
FISCAL IMPACT: Funding for $6,000 for this event is available in the Marketing & Promotions account #140-0510-512.31-05. A budget transfer will be done to move to funds to Summer & Fall Events account #140-0510-512.31-45.
