BACKGROUND:                     The proposed 2% COLA for Senior Management is consistent with what is being offered to other bargaining units.

 

 

RECOMMENDATION:                     For approval.

 

 

FISCAL IMPACT:                     Approximate total impact for a 2.0% COLA for Senior Management is $40,000.  Funds for the increase are budgeted in the General Fund and DEES.
