TEMPORARY USE AGREEMENT FOR USE OF PATIO AREA FOR HOLIDAY CELEBRATION BY TRI COUNTY DISCOUNT LIQUOR AND BEVERAGE.

BACKGROUND: The MCRA Office has received a request from Tri County Discount Liquor and Beverage for the use of the patio area of the property located at 5801 Margate Blvd. on December 19, 2017 from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The patio will be used for the business annual holiday gathering. It is anticipated that no more than 40 individuals will be on attendance. There will be no cooking or signage needed at the site.
The MCRA will charge a daily rent fee of $75 for the use of the patio. This amount was calculated taken into consideration the full monthly rent for the commercial space. Tri County Discount Liquor and Beverage has provided check for payment of one day rent.
RECOMMENDATION: To discuss.
FISCAL IMPACT: Payment of $75.00 received for one day rent fee.
