APPROVING AWARD OF WRITTEN QUOTATION MCRA 19-4389 FOR COORDINATION OF THE SOUNDS AT SUNDOWN CONCERT SERIES

BACKGROUND: As directed by the MCRA Board, the Margate Community Redevelopment Agency (MCRA), in collaboration with the City’s Procurement Division, issued on November 28, 2018 the Written Quotation MCRA 19-4389 to engage a vendor for the coordination/production of the Sounds at Sundown Concert Series.
As a result, proposals from the following firms received before the submission deadline of Monday, December 3, 2018 at 5:00 PM:
• Gourmet Truck Expo, and
• Atlantic Studios, Inc.
Both proposals are provided as part of the background information for review by the MCRA Board.
RECOMMENDATION: To Discuss and Approve
FISCAL IMPACT: Funding is allocated in the FY 2018/2019 budget in Account No. 140-0510-512-31.45 - Summer and Fall Events.
