Title
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A ONE-YEAR EXTENSION TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE MARGATE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND CRAVEN THOMPSON & ASSOCIATES, INC.
BACKGROUND: The MCRA and Craven Thompson & Associates, Inc., entered into an Agreement for General Engineering Consulting Services dated March 9, 2016. This Agreement provided for an initial term of two years with an option to renew for an additional three (3), one-year extensions (maximum of five years total). The first of the three, one-year extensions was authorized last year and extended the Agreement through March 9, 2019. If approved, this resolution would authorize the second, one-year extension of the Agreement, commencing on March 10, 2019 and ending on March 9, 2020. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain the same.
RECOMMENDATION: Approval of the one-year extension to the Agreement
