Title
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A ONE-YEAR EXTENSION TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE MARGATE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND SALTZ MICHELSON ARCHITECTS, INC.
BACKGROUND: The MCRA and Salt Michelson Architects, Inc., entered into an Agreement for General Architectural Services dated February 10, 2016. This agreement provided for an initial term of two years with an option to renew for an additional three (3), one-year extensions (maximum of five years total). The first of the three, one-year extensions was authorized last year and extended the Agreement through February 10, 2019. If approved, the Resolution would authorize the second, one-year extension of the Agreement, commencing on February 11, 2019 and ending on February 10, 2020. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain the same.
RECOMMENDATION: Approval of the one-year extension to the Agreement.
