APPROVING A BUDGET TRANSFER OF $250,000 FOR THE ACE HARDWARE PLAZA PROPERTY IMPROVEMENTS.

BACKGROUND:
The improvements for the Ace Hardware Plaza are underway. The work to be completed at the Ace Hardware Plaza exceeds the original budgeted amount of the project for FY 2018-2019. As a result, MCRA staff is requesting the approval of a $250,000 budget transfer to cover all the planned improvements and any contingencies that may arise.
RECOMMENDATION: To approve
FISCAL IMPACT: Transfer of $250,000 from the “Chevy Chase Plaza Facade” account to the “Ace Hardware Plaza Facade” account.
