DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION: WINTER FESTIVAL 2019
BACKGROUND: The Margate CRA has contracted with Paintscaping, Inc., for the production of a 3-dimension projection holiday show for the past three Winter Festival events. MCRA staff is looking for direction from the Board as to whether it wishes to continue to feature a 3-D projection holiday show or if an alternative feature attraction is preferred for the upcoming Winter Festival.
RECOMMENDATION: For discussion and Board direction.
FISCAL IMPACT: The cost of past shows has been as follows: $36,800 in 2016 (4 minute show); $28,800 in 2017 (2016 show with 3 new minutes); and, $42,250 in 2018 (new 6 minute show).
