RESOLUTION APPROVING AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE MCRA AND THE CITY OF MARGATE FOR MANAGING THE CONTRACT FOR MAINTENANCE OF THE BUS SHELTER LOCATED ON THE SOUTHSIDE OF SAMPLE ROAD WEST OF BANKS ROAD.

BACKGROUND: The MCRA has engaged a company for the maintenance of fourteen (14) bus shelters within the boundaries of the CRA and one (1) bus shelter outside the boundaries of the CRA, which is located on Southside of Sample Road west of Banks Road. A map showing the boundary of the CRA and locations of the bus shelters is provided as part of the background. The MCRA will continue to manage the maintenance agreement for all 15 bus shelters. The City will be responsible for covering the cost of maintenance for the shelter located outside the MCRA boundaries.
