MARGATE CRA INCENTIVE PROGRAMS

BACKGROUND: There had been some comments made at recent MCRA meetings about the various incentive programs available to businesses. Staff has reviewed the existing programs and has summarized them on the attached spreadsheet. Staff had also received direction to consider an alternative incentive program. A memorandum regarding that program is also attached.
RECOMMENDATION: For discussion by the MCRA Board.
