RESOLUTION - ACCEPTING THE UTILITY AND ACCESS EASEMENTS FOR MAINTENANCE OF WATER, FIRE AND SANITARY SEWER FACILITIES AND ACCEPTING THE BILL OF SALE FOR THE WATER AND SEWER MAIN LINES AT 5485 WEST ATLANTIC BOULEVARD (CUMBERLAND FARMS).

BACKGROUND: PART OF THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS FOR CUMBERLAND FARMS INVOLVES THE CONSTRUCTION OF UTILITY INFRASTRUCTURE.  THE CITY IS REQUIRED TO MAINTAIN A PORTION OF THIS INFRASTRUCTURE.  THESE EASEMENTS AND BILL OF SALE ENSURE THAT THE CITY HAS SUFFICIENT ACCESS AND MAINTENANCE RIGHTS ON THEIR PROPERTY. MULTIPLE EASEMENTS HAVE PREVIOUSLY BEEN CONVEYED ON THIS PROPERTY WHICH REMAIN INTACT AND UNEFFECTED BY THIS CURRENT EASEMENT.

 

RECOMMENDATION:                     APPROVE
