BACKGROUND: Renewal of Alcohol Extended Hours. This Special Permit shall permit the sale for consumption on premises of alcoholic beverages during the following hours:
From 8:00 AM until 2:00 AM of the following day, Monday through Thursday;
From 8:00 AM Friday until 4:00 AM the following Saturday;
From 8:00 AM Saturday until 4:00 AM the following Sunday;
From 12:00 Noon Sunday until 2:00 AM the following Monday;
From 8:00 AM New Year's Eve until 4:00 AM on New Year's Day;
From 8:00 AM St. Patrick's Day until 4:00 AM on March 18.
Any person, vendor or place of business which has been regularly licensed by the State of Florida to sell and dispense alcoholic beverages may apply for a special permit for extended hours. Any person, vendor or place of business which offers food service and has been regularly lic...
