MARGATE 2.0 - PRESENTATION AND VISION STATEMENT WORKSHOP

BACKGROUND: The Mellgren Planning Group has been contracted to re-write the land use element of the Margate Comprehensive Plan, including conducting enhanced public outreach. The re-write has been branded Margate 2.0. Tonight’s workshop will include a presentation to summarize the public outreach data and the existing conditions. After the brief presentation, the Mellgren Planning Group will conduct a workshop with the City Commission for the Vision Statement of the Margate 2.0 project.
