APPROVING THE TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF MARGATE TO AUTHORIZE THE MCRA AND ITS CONTRACTORS TO ACCESS THE CITY OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1695 BANKS ROAD FOR THE PURPOSE OF FACILITATING CONSTRUCTION OF THE MCRA’S COVERED SPORTS FIELD PROJECT.

BACKGROUND: The MCRA is currently undertaking construction of the Covered Sports Field project on MCRA-owned property located at 1675 Banks Road which is adjacent to the City of Margate’s Sport Complex property. The MCRA contractor will require access to the City’s property in order to perform the construction work.
This agreement is going before the City Commission for approval at its meeting on Wednesday, April 22, 2020. This item is being submitted in the interest of time and in anticipation of approval by the City Commission.
