BACKGROUND: The petitioner is requesting relief from City of Margate Ordinance 1500.80 and 23-11 of the Code of the City of Margate to allow 7.35 feet rear yard encroachment and maintain 400 square feet of tree canopy area on the subject property.  The subject property is located at 5730 NW 27th Street.

 

 

RECOMMENDATION: See attached Staff Report.
