RESOLUTION - APPROVING A TWO PERCENT (2.0%) COST OF LIVING (COLA) FOR THE PERIOD FROM OCTOBER 1, 2020 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 2021, FOR ALL NON-BARGAINED FOR PERSONNEL.

BACKGROUND: The proposed 2% COLA, for all non-bargained for personnel, which includes part time personnel, Senior Management and Commissioners, is consistent with the December 2019 CPI Index and with what was provided to the IAFF and PBA.
RECOMMENDATION: For approval.
FISCAL IMPACT: Funds for the increase are budgeted in the FY 2021 Budget.
