BACKGROUND:
James “Jim” Wilbur has retired from his position as the Information Technology Director for the City of Margate. The City would like to congratulate Mr. Wilbur for his retirement, and recognize his years of service to the City of Margate since July of 1997. Jim has held the titles of System Analyst, Interim Information Technology Director, and Information Technology Director.
