BACKGROUND:                     The City commission has provided multiple recommendations on the direction of Calypso Cove Aquatics Facility, and in order to create an action plan to meet the wish of the commission, we need to have consensus from the City Commission on the following topics:

•                     Fees:

•                     Loss control:

o                     Improved ticketing system

o                     Cameras

o                     Turn-styles

o                     Contracted Services

•                     Replacing the water playground:

•                     Re-finishing the pools:

•                     Replace basketball courts with parking:

•                     Filling in portion of the abutting canal to provide for future park expansion:
