BACKGROUND: Applicant is requesting permission to subdivide a portion of the Wal-Mart parking lot to create new outparcel for the purpose of constructing a new freestanding restaurant with drive-through. When any lot, tract, or other parcel of land which is part of a subdivision is further subdivided for the purpose of development, a subdivision resurvey application shall be consistent with the requirements set forth in Section 3.11 of the Margate Zoning Code prior to the issuance of a development permit. Applicant previously appeared before the DRC on August 10, 2021 requesting same.
