BACKGROUND:                     The City Manager’s office coordinated with the Interim City Attorney and city staff from Building Department, Environmental and Engineering Services, and Development Services to draft this ordinance.  The goal of this ordinance is to streamline the process for filling vacant non-residential space in the City.  

 

 

 

RECOMMENDATION:                     The Planning and Zoning Board recommended approval on May 3, 2022
