APPROVE AND ACCEPT A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE NORTHWEST FOCAL POINT SENIOR CENTER AND BARRY UNIVERSITY FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING LEVEL I FIELDWORK EXPERIENCES FOR OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY STUDENTS FROM BARRY UNIVERSITY.

BACKGROUND: The learning objective of the visit is for the Barry University students to observe
and identify areas of occupation in different populations in the community. The
University students will observe the Center population by participating in their
daily activities, interacting with them, and then briefly discussing their learning
experience with Center staff.
RECOMMENDATION: To approve
FISCAL IMPACT: None. There is no fiscal impact to the Senior Center.
