BACKGROUND:                                          This Master Contact allows the Northwest Focal Point Senior Center

                                                                                    District to enter into an agreement as a vendor or contractor with the

                                                                                    Areawide Council on Aging for the purpose of receiving Older

                                                                                    Americans Act funding for the period of January 1, 2023 through

                                                                                    December 31, 2025.

 

 

RECOMMENDATION:                     To approve.

 

 

FISCAL IMPACT:                     This Master Contract will have an effect date of January 1, 2023 and will end at midnight on December 31, 2025.  During that time frame, the Northwest Focal Point Senior Center District will be able to receive Older Americans Act funding each year during that time frame.
