BACKGROUND:
The improvements for the Ace Hardware Plaza are underway. Advanced Asset Management, on behalf of the MCRA, has reached out to several vendors to be engaged for the goods and services needed to complete the project. This presentation provides details on each improvement, the procurement methods utilized to engage vendors, and related costs.
RECOMMENDATION: To review and discuss improvements.
