Title
CONSIDERATION OF A SPECIAL EXCEPTION USE TO PERMIT NEW CONSTRUCTION OF A BURGER KING RESTAURANT WITH DRIVE-THROUGH FACILITIES AT 2990 N STATE ROAD 7.
BACKGROUND: Hauppauge Route 111 Associates, LLC has submitted application to build a 2,673 sq.ft. Burger King with drive-through and a 3,000 sq.ft. retail building on the vacant land located at the northwest corner of State Road 7 and Coral Gate Boulevard. The site plan was reviewed at the March 22, 2016 Development Review Committee meeting. Variances BA-14-2016 and BA-15-2016 for relief from TOC design standards were granted by the Board of Adjustment on May 3, 2016.
RECOMMENDATION: DRC reviewed the project on 3/22/2016 were indication was given that the project could proceed to Board of Adjustment and City Commission.
