RESOLUTION - ACCEPTING BILL OF SALE AND APPROVING THE UTILITY AND ACCESS EASEMENTS FOR MAINTENANCE OF WATER AND SEWER FACILITIES AT 4500 COCONUT CREEK PARKWAY (FIRE STATION 50).

BACKGROUND:                     A bill of sale transfers ownership of utility infrastructure to the city.  Utility and access easements are required for maintenance of water and sewer facilities.  The proposed bill of sale, utility easement, and access easement are for the Fire Station facility being constructed at 4500 Coconut Creek Parkway.   

 

 

RECOMMENDATION:                     Approve
