AUTHORIZING A ONE-YEAR EXTENSION TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE MARGATE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND GOREN, CHEROF, DOODY & EZROL, P.A.

BACKGROUND: The MCRA and Goren, Cherof, Doody & Ezrol, P.A., entered into an Agreement for Legal Services dated May 18, 2016. This agreement provided for an initial term of three years with an option to renew for two additional one-year extensions.  If approved, this resolution would authorize the first one-year extension of the Agreement, commencing May 19, 2019 and ending on May 18, 2020.  All other terms and conditions of the Agreement would remain the same.                                          

 

 

RECOMMENDATION: Approval of the one-year extension to the Agreement
