A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF THE NORTHWEST FOCAL POINT SENIOR CENTER DISTRICT APPROVING AN ORDER AGREEMENT WITH KONICA MINOLTA TO PROVIDE FOR AN ADMINISTRATIVE COPY MACHINE UTILIZING STATE CONTRACT PRICING; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

BACKGROUND: This thirty-six (36) month lease agreement will provide copy machine for the Administration of the NWFP Senior Center which will also serve as a network scanner and printer. Contract pricing is based on a Florida state contract.

 

 

RECOMMENDATION:  To approve

 

 

FISCAL IMPACT:  Funding is provided through NWFP SC grants. The lease base cost is $124.09 per

month plus copy charge of $0.00550 per black & white copies. The annual cost for the copier and copies

is estimated at less than $2,000 per year.
