CONSIDERATION OF AN ORDINANCE TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY OR CRA TO ERECT IDENTIFICATION SIGNS ON PROPERTY OWNED BY THE CITY OR CRA

BACKGROUND: Section 39.8 of the Margate Zoning Code currently authorizes the City to install certain special signs. This ordinance would add a new type of special sign, and authorize both the City of Margate and the Margate CRA to install identification signs on city-owned or CRA-owned property.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve
