BACKGROUND: Petitioner is requesting an administrative amendment to the previously approved site plan for the construction of the 7,000 square foot and 8,400 square foot retail buildings. The 8,400 square foot building has been modified from the design included in the previously approved site plan package.
The site plan was approved at the Development Review Committee meeting on June 9, 2015; a copy of the meeting minutes is attached.
